AUSTIN DRIVING SCHOOL offers an excellent in-car instruction program which provides practical behind-the-wheel driving experience. We provide individualized plans of instruction that are designed to fit each student's personal needs. Our instructors are licensed by the state and are extensively trained in up-to-date methods of driver education.
We offer private, in-car lessons in late model, dual-controlled cars. Our instructors will pick you up at home or work and return you after your lesson. COURSES AVAILABLE
BEGINNER - Student has little or no experience
Program - Six (6) Hour Course
Four (4) lessons of ninety (90) minutes each. Emplasis is placed on elementary driving, vehicle control and accident avoidance. Student is taken to driving test if ready. Practice driving with a friend or family member is generally recommended after one or two lessons.
INTERMEDIATE - Student has some driving experience Needs experience driving in local area and/or use of school car for driving test.
Program - Lesson by lesson
Nenety (90) minute lessons available. The number of lessons will vary according to experience. Pickup service and driving test included.
EXPERIENCED - Student knows how to drive. Needs road test evaluation, review of driving test requirements and use of car for driving test
Program - Check-out lesson
Two (2) hour lesson is available. Pick-up and driving test is provided
